Persource ("us", "we", or "our") operates EventEdge Event Apps (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App. The company or individual (the “Client”) that has contracted us to build and distribute the application is not covered by this agreement.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the App, but also provide a copy to the company or individual that has paid for the application. This agreement only addresses our use of your Personal Information and does not cover any uses by the Client. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection And Use
While using our App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you as well as use certain functions of the App. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, title, company, email address, postal address and phone number ("Personal Information").

Log Data
Like many apps, we collect information that your device sends whenever you visit our App("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your device's unique identifier, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device type, device version, the pages of our App that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and any other statistics relevant to the use of the App.

Links To Other Services
Our App may contain links or connections to other sites or services that are not operated by us. If you use a third party service, you interaction and information will be directed to that third party's server. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every service you visit. This includes social networks and services including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Urban Airship, or Mandrill. In addition, our App may be integrated with other providers on request (such as registration, internal systems, etc). Persource has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the App, please contact us and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the App to function properly, and we may be required to retain certain information by law.

Changes To This Privacy Policy
Persource may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy link in the App. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

Your Consent
By using the App, you are consenting to our processing of Information Collection and Use information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/handheld device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S. your information will be transferred to the U.S., and processed and stored there under U.S. privacy standards. By using the App and providing information to us, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the US.
